About Lindsay

With two decades of unwavering dedication to the art of sales, I am a seasoned professional known for my laser-focused approach to driving revenue. Throughout my career, I've consistently delivered exceptional results, turning challenges into opportunities and converting prospects into clients.

I started my real estate journey by accident. I purchased my first house when I was 19. I was house hacking before I even knew what that was and later turned it into a rental. I knew at that point that real estate would be the key to financial freedom. I didn’t go all though…not yet. I had an amazing career that I loved and became a mom.

Shortly after my second daughter was born, I felt trapped. I was spending all of my time working and started missing out on time with my girls. I had to rely on others to get them to school and couldn’t participate in school events. Then, I read something that stopped my world from spinning, “75% of all the time you will ever spend with a child is complete by the time they reach 12 years old”

I knew that real estate would be the vehicle to both time and money freedom and went all in.

Key Achievements

Successfully designed and implemented a strategic sales process and training program leading to the transformation of an existing customer contact center to a profit center that generated $1.3 million in revenue within the first year for the leading entity in the pet containment industry. Leveraged training resources to extend sales coaching and the profit center to the independent dealer network, resulting in increased profitability and additional revenue streams for owner operators.

Through the acquisition of distributors and strategic utilization of profit centers, effectively doubled the overall value of the pet containment company within four years, strategically positioning ownership for a successful 8-figure business sale.

Through the implementation of a systematic sales process, key performance indicator tracking, accountability and sales management techniques I doubled the closing and revenue in a 7-figure real estate investing company.
